I hired this catering company for my god-daughter's christening.  Customer service was absolutely fantastic.  All telephone calls were promptly answered.  The event was at my church in Brooklyn.  Our first meeting was to access the venue and pick items from their vast menu.  The second meeting was a taste testing at their office.  If you desire to hire them, please be prepared to make a down payment immediately.  ALL money was required before the christening.  Truthfully, I was scared to give them all that money upfront.  However, they are honest and hardworking people.  It is extremely easy to make changes because they are willing to accommodate every request.   The staff showed up on time and were extremely efficient.   Their website pictures are just a glimpse of how beautiful they set-up the tables.  Rose petals liberally placed on each table with floating candles were particularly lovely.  Each table was set-up with:  Linen tablecloths / linen napkins / glass for water / glass for soda / stainless steel cutlery / bone china dinner plate and salad plate.  The menu consisted of:  1 Appetizer / 1 mixed vegetables / 1 fish entree / 1 chicken entree / 1 starch and Iced Tea.  We are still raving about the food and the decor.  Every one was very impressed.  Exotic Caterer employees left the area immaculate before leaving.  I didn't have to do anything but pay the caterer.  Of course, I had to tip the staff for a job "well-done".  I catered for 50 people and it cost $1,100.  You cannot beat that price and top-notch service in New York City.  I look forward to doing business with them again.
